Mill Consultancy
The studio offers consultancy packages that can be tailor-made to meet a client’s particular requirement. Using Pointcarre software we can produce CAD designs that are loom ready and compatible with most production facilities. We have worked with both fashion and interior mills in India, China, Italy, Japan, Belgium and the UK.
Our strength in consultancy is on original design with an increasing focus on sustainability. We can advise manufacturers on becoming more ecological with less waste, working with recycled, organic or natural fibres.
Trend, Colour and Material Development
We work with a broad range of clients on trend, colour and material development. Among those we have assisted are Nike, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and Calvin Klein.
We regularly contribute to the WGSN material trend forecast using new yarns and fibres to produce bespoke handwoven fabrics inspired by WGSN’s research.
The studio can produce handwoven pieces for yarn companies to best showcase a new yarn. Our fabrics have appeared on the yarn trend forum at Premiere Vision, Paris and Spinexpo, China.
